Sergeant Frank Wuterich (31) faces charges of murder of women and children. Marine Sergeant is known to have no experience on the battlefield but a squad leader. Wuterich ordered his men to hunt down militants after a roadside bomb exploded and killed a fellow Marine and injuring two other personnel. In that incident 19 people were killed in the house with five men pulled from a car bomb near the blast site.
When it's after the violent events occurred in Haditha, the Marines claimed 15 Iraqis were killed by a roadside bomb blast that also killed marine personnel. But Time magazine search shows that most victims died because of a sweeping military killed three houses near the bomb site.
Meanwhile, lawyer marines at that time stated that the fighters hiding behind houses which then triggered fire between the marines contact with groups of fighters. But the findings at the scene opened the eyes of the world, the victims are mostly women and children suffered gunshot wounds at close range.
The fact that seven marines personnel involved in the case have been released through various rules of law. Wuterich himself has some figures that are to defend himself in court-martial California. Among advocates army Puckett and Haytham Faraj. But Wuterich can not feel calm, as the prosecutor in a case that must be faced is Lt. Col.
