Brilliance's 1Q Profit May Jump on Between Venture -- JPM

        0340 GMT [Dow Jones] BMW's (BMW.XE) 1Q results indicate Brilliance China (1114.HK) may have a blowout first quarter, says J.P. Morgan. It says Brilliance's joint-venture with BMW may see a 700% increase in earnings from last quarter, beating market expectations. "Brilliance remains our top pick in the sector as we are firm believers in its solid volume growth this year," it says. Barclays initiates the stock at outperform with a target price of HK$15.5.
