0943 GMT [Dow Jones]--The U.K. housebuilding sector could face its next cyclical downturn any time from 2016, says wealth manager Brewin Dolphin. Many management teams in the sector are already preparing for it, says analyst Stephen Williams. "The housing cycle will turn down in due course," and when it does, "it could do quickly," he says. "With the potential risks of rising interest rates, tightening mortgage lending criteria and falling demand from overseas buyers, we believe that the upside is now limited." He suggests selling housebuilders and investing in companies that have other construction interests as well, such as Kier Group.(art.patnaude@wsj.com; @artpatnaude)
