The moon’s peak will occur on Dec. 25 at 6:11 a.m. EST.
This month's full moon, the last of the year, is called the "full cold moon" because it occurs during the beginning of winter.
This won't happen again until 2034, so you'll want to check it out before you're another 19 years older. (Coincidence, J.K. Rowling? We think not!)
