Game Of Thrones Trailer

HBO's year-end video flashes new 'Game of Thrones' footage - We still have about four months to go until the start of the new "Game of Thrones" season, but HBO has already begun teasing fans with glimpses of a return to Westeros and Essos by way of a new poster and teaser trailer.

HBO also released a year-end recap video to the company's social-media channels on Sunday, highlighting a solid year for the network that included 43 Emmy wins. Toward the end of the nearly three-minute video, three scenes from the upcoming sixth season of "Game of Thrones" show up.

In the first, we see a concerned Daenerys Targaryen on a riverbank looking at...something. Quickly, the clip cuts to Ramsay Bolton riding in front of the banners of House Bolton, presumably into battle, and then finally to a warm embrace between King Tommen Baratheon and his mother, Cersei.

You can fast-forward to the new "Game of Thrones" footage at around the 2:15 mark. The whole thing only lasts a total of three seconds, so don't blink or you might miss it.

Season 6 of HBO's "Game of Thrones" will premiere on HBO on a yet-to-be-announced date in April 2016.
