The video was released Sunday by the extremist group’s media center and shows militants training, beheading and shooting captives in its territory.
The group, also known as ISIL or ISIS, has claimed responsibility for the Nov. 13 attacks, which targeted a concert hall, a restaurant and café and the national stadium, killing 130 people.
"These are the last messages of the nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilized from their lairs to make a whole country, France, get down on its knees," a narrator said in the video.
Seven of the militants were filmed standing behind bound captives, described as “apostates,” who were either beheaded or shot.
Militant Samy Amimour, who was raised in Paris, holds a captive’s head and says: “Soon on the Champs-Elysees.”
The group also threatens to attack Britain in the video.
The nine militants seen in the footage were killed in the attacks, or soon afterward. Fugitive Belgian-born suspect Salah Abdeslam, who remains at large, is not seen in the video.
French President Francois Hollande on Monday said his country will not allow threats to weaken its fight against terrorism.
Speaking during a visit to Delhi in India, he told reporters: “Nothing will deter us, no threat will make France waver in the fight.”
