Comcast outage impacts Internet and TV customers across the nation - Comcast customers across the nation found themselves without internet and cable Monday morning.

The media company announced Monday morning that it's experiencing outages in the California Bay Area, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, Seattle, Atlanta, Baltimore, Jacksonville, Boston, Washington, DC, and Fort Lauderdale.

Comcast released a statement on its website: "We're continuing to investigate what appears to be a temporary network interruption that impacted some of our services this morning. Our engineers have been working on this and services are starting to be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers."
