Russell Wilson Ciara, Announce Engagement

Russell Wilson and Ciara announce engagement in surprise video - Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and pop star Ciara are engaged. Wilson broke the news on Twitter, and Ciara showed off a massive (and very sparkly) ring.

Wilson knew this day was coming before he even met Ciara (according to him, at least). After the couple went public with their relationship in 2015, Wilson revealed in a shockingly open interview at The Rock Church that he told a friend he'd end up with Ciara one day. Wilson also famously acknowledged that he and Ciara made a vow to abstain from premarital sex.
