AUD/USD Likely Toppish at Early - April High of 0.9461 --BNP Paribas

        0028 GMT [Dow Jones] The Australian dollar has strengthened after Friday's U.S. nonfarm payrolls and Tuesday's neutral RBA policy announcement. It is near a two-week high of 0.9367, BNP Paribas says. While there is scope for AUD/USD to rally further toward an early April high of 0.9461 the weakening case for RBA tightening this year suggests AUD gains beyond 0.9461 are unlikely, the bank says. Markets anticipate positive Australian retail sales data due at 0130 GMT Wednesday with a 0.4% month-over-month gain for March and 1.5% quarter over quarter gain for 1Q-- Spot AUD/USD was recently at 0.9348 compared with 0.9347 in late New York trade Tuesday.
