TORONTO--The province of Quebec reopened its bond maturing September 2024 to raise 500 million Canadian dollars ($456.2 million), according to a person familiar with the matter.

The isssue was priced at 91.5 basis points over the Government of Canada 2.5% June 2024 benchmark to yield 3.325%. The bond pays a coupon of 3.75%.
The province now has C$2 billion outstanding under the bond.
