0222 GMT [Dow Jones] Shares in Thailand may trade lower Wednesday as edgy investors watch for a constitutional court decision which could remove not only Prime Minister Yingluck but possibly her whole cabinet from power. "The market was quite nervous and closed down quite a bit yesterday," says Kasem Prunratanamala, head of research at CIMB Thailand. The SET ended down 1.2% at 1404 Tuesday. He said the impact would likely be greater if the whole cabinet is removed as finding a successor for Ms. Yingluck would be harder and may throw planned July 20 elections into doubt. Mr. Kasem said the baht would likely retain its strength since Thailand is maintaining a trade surplus. (jake.watts@wsj.com)
