0721 GMT [Dow Jones]--European bourses are called to open marginally higher as central banks take center stage. Earlier the Bank of Japan decided to keep its monetary policy unchanged, despite ongoing growth worries, while the upcoming Bank of England minutes at 0930 GMT are likely to highlight increasing concerns about the persistently low level of inflation. After Europe closes, the FOMC will release the minutes from their latest meeting. "The Fed now looks to be in a much better position than even the BoE to raise interest rates next year but even it has inflation concerns that may force it to delay the first hike a little. The case in the US may not be as bad as it is elsewhere but inflation remains below target," says Craig Erlam at Alpari. FTSE +10, DAX +15 and the CAC +10. (nick.cawley@wsj.com)
