Lamar Odom Released From Hospital, Transferred To Rehab Facility - Lamar Odom has been discharged from the hospital nearly three months after his near-fatal overdose. Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for comment on his condition.

Odom was quietly released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday. With the assistance of estranged wife Khloe Kardashian, the former NBA star was transferred to a private rehabilitation facility. He will live in the center for the foreseeable future to continue long-term care.

As Gossip Cop has reported, Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in October. After being rushed to the hospital, he suffered several strokes. Odom, who was initially unresponsive and in a coma on life support, was later moved from a Las Vegas hospital to the medical facility in Los Angeles.

Thankfully, Odom eventually regained consciousness. He did, however, have to deal with kidney failure and undrwent at least one operation. He has spent the last few months working to regain his mobility, as his speaking skills and ability to walk have been greatly impacted. It still remains to be seen how long-lasting any brain damage will be.

Kardashian called off her divorce from Odom in the wake of the health crisis, and has publicly committed to being involved in his recovery. At a TCA event earlier this week, she said the basketball player was doing well, but declined to go into specifics. The news of Odom’s release comes almost a month after RadarOnline falsely claimed he was being kicked out of the hospital as doctors had supposedly given up hope for his recovery. The outlet further alleged Kardashian was distancing herself from the situation. Gossip Cop debunked the report, and time has proven us right.
