Eugenia Silva was born on January 13, 1976, in a true world epicenter of female beauty: Madrid, Spain. Though she's a capital girl by birth, she grew up in the nearby, but much smaller Toledo.

Eugenia was raised in a political family. Her uncle, Antonio Herandez-Mancha, was an important jurist who ran for the Spanish presidency. Such intellectual surroundings would later compel her to enroll in law school.
