NZD/USD Supported Arround 0.8630-50 Focus on ECB

0443 GMT [Dow Jones] The NZD/USD got help from better-than-expected Chinese exports, Australia's consensus-beating April jobs data and news QV house prices "held up just a bit better than expected," says Sam Tuck, senior currency manager at ANZ. The focus now shifts to the ECB later in the global trading day. Given "it's pretty universal that they are not going to do anything this meeting. It will all be about what President Draghi says regarding any forward guidance," Tuck says. There will also be interest in a speech by RBNZ Deputy Governor Grant Spencer on housing early Friday. The NZD/USD is at 0.8661; Tuck puts support at 0.8630-50 and resistance at 0.8680. (rebecca.howard@wsj.com; Twitter: @FarroHoward)
