0908 GMT Shares of Mobile Streams PLC are trading 20% higher at 6.08p after the company reiterated that it expects to report an Ebitda before share-based compensation in line with market expectations, despite revenue falling 40%. The emerging markets focused mobile media company said revenue for the year ended June 30 was GBP29M, compared with GBP48.6M a year earlier. The company blamed the devaluation of the Argentinean Peso in January 2014 and subsequent operational challenges for the fall in revenue. (ian.walker@wsj.com; @IanWalk40289749)
0853 GMT Goodbody Stockbrokers says GVC Holdings PLC has clearly not thrown in the towel over a possible deal with Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment PLC. bwin snubbed GVC's Jul 9 offer of 110 pence per share, and accepted 888's subsequent lower offer of 104.09 per share. Still, the bid from 888 doesn't become binding until August so GVC has time to make another offer, Goodbody says. GVC shares up 8p, or 1.95%, at 417.5p; 888 is down 0.6% at 170p and bwin is down 0.1% at 106p. (ian.walker@wsj.com; @IanWalk40289749)

0734 GMT [Dow Jones]--London's FTSE 100 is little changed in early trade at 6786. Fresnillo Group is one of the biggest gainers, recovering from a sharp selloff during the previous session, triggered by the slump in commodity prices. Shares in the company are up 1.5% today. Elsewhere SAB Miller shares are comfortably in the green, buoyed by an upbeat note from Nomura published late Monday, in which the bank hikes its recommendation on the drinks company to buy from neutral. At the other end of the index Anglo American shares are lagging, down 1.3% near the bottom of the index. Anglo American Platinum reported quarterly earnings Monday. (josie.cox@wsj.com)

"U.S. stock markets continued to edge higher yesterday and the sentiment has remained positive also in Asia this morning with the Chinese markets also being up by around 0.5%." "A quieter week on the economic calendar and less news flow from Greece may be easing us into the quieter summer months, however there is still plenty to focus on in the markets, with commodities grabbing plenty of attention," Oanda says. Earnings season gets underway in Germany with SAP. The shares are set to be volatile as investors react to second quarter profit decline, dented by costs. (neetha.mahadevan@wsj.com)
0641 GMT [Dow Jones]--France's CAC-40 benchmark index is expected to open largely flat Tuesday, as investors pause for breath prior to a deluge of company earnings.
