Australia Budget Cust on Central Bank Radar - Commsec

        0014 GMT [Dow Jones] Australia's central bank may lean in favor of interest-rate cuts if the federal budget delivered Tuesday is contains substantial spending cuts, Commsec chief economist Craig James says. Substantial cuts "obviously has to be built into our outlook on which we base the interest-rate decision," Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Glenn Stevens says.
