0359 GMT [Dow Jones] Opponents of the government in Thailand will tell a continuing special session of the Senate the government of caretaker prime minister Niwattumrong Boonsongpaisan is incapable of performing its duties after Constitutional Court ruling ousted Yingluck Shinawatra and nine of her cabinet misters on Wednesday, political-risk consultancy Eurasia Group researcher Christian Lewis says. If they fail to pressure the Senate into appointing a new prime minister they "will use other judicial challenges to peel off more cabinet members and seek to erode this caretaker government over the coming weeks," Lewis says.
